Key Responsibilities:- Register and process check-ins and check-outs for guests, ensuring a smooth experience.
- Efficiently handle guest information and maintain computer records.
- Perform cashiering duties, manage foreign exchange transactions, and conduct night audits.
- Provide exceptional customer service – responding promptly to all guest inquiries.
- Resolve guest complaints and ensure to liaise with other departments for efficient follow-ups.
- Maintain security by managing issuance of room key cards and handling safe deposit boxes.
- Keep the front office area clean and organized.
- Communicate vital shift information to ensure a well-run operation.
- Understand hotel procedures around rates, segmentation, and promotions.
Qualifications:• A university degree in Hotel Management.
• A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role at a star hotel.
